offenses; and amending Rule 16, Alaska Rules of Criminal                       
Procedure, Rule 9, Alaska Delinquency Rules, and Rule 501, Alaska              
Rules of Evidence was engrossed, signed by the President and                   
Secretary and transmitted to the House for consideration.
